MADE FOR ME is the new single from the latest album MUSIC, and we just got an A-Rotation for 4 weeks on Swedens biggest University station PITE FM.
In about one week we´ll have the single also on air on the first german rockradio stations. Please listen to your favourite stations in order to hear some Phonodrive tunes !

Corinna Lieb, lead vocalist in PHONODRIVE, is recording the vocal tracks now for the next Phonodrive album. Please keep yourself updated as the band will be on tour again in March 2007 in Germany.
In September 2007, we finally made the conclusion to tour in USA and CAN with the band.

PHONODRIVE is recording their third album in the meanwhile. The studio sessions will last over two months from now on.

Moreover, we will launch their new radio single MADE FOR ME in Germany, Sweden and Norway these days.

Phonodrive is still on the road, today the last show in the Netherlands together with their swedish buddies JEREMIHA. Very good and positive tensions at the shows, great feedback from the audience and nice weather made this touring a very special one. More news soon!

THIS IS FOR THE MUSIC just got the next rotation place on swedish radio, now on PIT FM, the biggest student radio in Sweden. The song got on B-Rotation which is a perfect next step for the band!

PHONODRIVE just confirmed a three-week tour in Australia to promote their record ONE in June this year. In the meanwhile, the production of the next album is close to be finished...

The second PHONODRIVE album is close to be finished with all recording efforts. Last weekend band and management met in the studio to create the masterplan for 2005 - and we can proudly say: THIS ALBUM WILL BE AN EPIC ONE !!!

ONE von PHONODRIVE ist mittlerweile im Presswerk, in Kürze wird das Album via Dead Frog Records in Schweden erhältlich sein. Im Vergleich zur Ur-Version enthält das Album weitere Songs, die das ganze Album noch hörenswerter machen.

Die lange Wartezeit scheint sich bezahlt zu machen, denn aktuell wird Down Under gerade die VÖ vom Album ONE vorbereitet. Es wird dort zum Album ausserdem eine Single-Auskopplung mit den Titeln SUMMER sowie DON`T FORGET ME geben.

Kurios, aber interessant: Phonodrives Song WHAT IS IT wird die Grundlage für einen Cadillac-Trailer bilden, der gerade in Produktion ist. Hohe Qualität im Quadrat ist das Ergebnis dieser etwas ungewöhnlichen PR...

Coole Sache: Ein 15-minütiger Ausschnitt des Phonodrive-Konzertes vom Sounds of Frankfurt-Open Air wurde live bei HR 3 gesendet. Wieder ein Schritt mehr, um die Band weiter und weiter bekannt zu machen...

Phonodrive arbeiten weiterhin intensiv an ihrem Zweitling, der nun für Ende Januar bzw. Anfang Febuar zur Veröffentlichung geplant ist. Die Band hatte sich kürzlich in die Schweiz begeben, um dort intensiv und abgeschottet weitere Songs zu schreiben; mit dem fruchtbaren Ergebniss, mit 6 komplett neuen Songs zurück nach D-Land gekommen zu sein.
In Australien hat ISON LIVE RADIO ebenfalls begonnen, die Band airplaytechnisch zu featuren, was der kommenden VÖ vom Debütalbum ONE im August sicherlich zuträglich sein wird.

PHONODRIVE werden sich noch im Mai für eine Woche in die Schweiz begeben, um dort weiter am Material für das zweite Album zu arbeiten.
Die Platte wird wohl doch schon früher als geplant im Herbst veröffentlicht werden!

Band und Label trennen sich ab sofort, die neugemasterte Platte ONE - Remastered von Mastering-Guru Howie Weinberg - wird in Kürze wohl über das ursprüngliche Homelabel Sonic Boom Records vermarktet werden. Mehr News dazu hier in Kürze.
Glücklich sind wir darüber, dass ONE in Australien, Neuseeland, Schweden und hoffentlich auch bald in Kanada erhältlich sein wird; für Kanada laufen erste Gespräche, die anderen Länder sind bereits fix und somit in trockenen Tüchern.

Das kommende Debüt-Album von Phonodrive wird die Tage in New York bei Produzenten- und Mastering-Mastermind HOWIE WEINBERG fertiggestellt, der bereits für Künstler wie Nirvana, Blur, Red Hot Chili Peppers und viele weitere Top-Acts aktiv war.

Die Single zum ARD-Spielfilm KLASSENTREFFEN mit dem Titel GODSPEED GIRL, der in Zusammenarbeit zwischen Phonodrive und Schauspieler Johann von Bülow entstand, ist ab 26.01. erhältlich. Dies ist allerdings nur ein Vorbote des wahrscheinlich im März oder April erscheinenden Albums - der genaue Termin wird hier in Kürze nachzulesen sein.

Am 26.01.2004 wird die neue Single von Phonodrive GODSPEED GIRL in sämtlichen Läden erhältlich sein. Checkt den Song an, denn wieder einmal beweisen Phonodrive, dass sie wunderbare Popsongs schreiben können. Auf der Single werden weitere Versionen, u. a. mit Schauspieler Johann von Bülow enthalten sein.

Godspeed Girl wurde inzwischen für den ARD Spielfilm Klassentreffen fertig produziert. Wo die Single dazu sowie das kommende Album erscheinen wird, werdet ihr hier in Kürze lesen können.

Die Herr- und Frauschaften von Phonodrive werden Ende Januar in einem ARD-Spielfilm sowohl zu sehen als auch zu hören sein...mehr Infos hierzu in Kürze.

Phonodrive haben wieder mal einige kreative Tage abseits des Grossstadt-Alltags vollbracht, und dabei sind drei schöne neue Track entstanden. In Kürze werden auch Phonodrive neues in Punkto Label, Studio, Songs und evtl. sogar Film zu vermelden wissen....
